Unfortunately Plantlet Culture can NOT be held responsible for lost, damaged and / or late deliveries when using the normal postage service.
However you test tube plants are guaranteed next day delivery

Terms & Conditions of Sale
1. Payment for the test-tube plants is required with order, by cheque, in full before dispatch.
Cheques should be made payable to Richard Fenwick in £ sterling / Euro only please.
The total payment should include the cost of the postage and packaging.
2. The condition of the test-tube plants is carefully checked before dispatch.
3. Any complaint regarding the condition of the test-tube plants must be confirmed in writing within seven days after the test-tube plants are received.
4. Please allow 21 days* from receipt of payment for delivery, though most will be delivered within 14 days.
5. In rare circumstances some varieties of plants may not be available therefore substitutes will be made.
This will be to the value or above the original cost of the selected plant.
If you would rather we did not substitute, please state clearly on your order form.
6. Plants are guaranteed for 6 months after weaning for fatalities only.
This does not include extreme weather conditions, pest damage, diseases or viruses once weaned.
7. We shall not be responsible for delay in delivery of goods, or cancellation of orders, as a result of any act of God, strike, lockout, trade dispute, weather conditions, hostilities, government legislation or any other cause whatsoever beyond the control of Plantlet Culture.
8. Due to the strictly sterile conditions in the laboratory, Plantlet Culture is not open to the public or trade.
9. Plantlet Culture holds customer information in the strictest confidence. We never have and never will share information in our customer database with any unaffiliated third party for their marketing use.
